Returns

In order to arrange a return please email get-laid@outlook.com or send a message via the 'Contact Us' form.

To return your item please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be returned within 28 days of receipt. Return postage is payable by the customer. All items, unless faulty, must be returned in a re-saleable condition.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the item has been returned and inspected. Please ensure the item is returned securely packaged: no refunds can be processed if the item is returned damaged. Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 10 working days.
